Artisan Dry Gin
The flagship Gin made with the first recipe ever assembled. Tried and tested on the students at the Distillation course in Adelaide, it won Distiller’s choice award. Made with a delicate backbone of local mandarins, juniper, coriander, angelica root, oris root, fresh ginger and a few spices. This is a Triple Distilled Gin with the last distillation having whole fresh mandarins in the boiler with some double strength juniper spirit.
Aromas of citrus and spice with a long, rich palate of spices and earthiness. Served cold with a sliver of mandarin skin and fresh fennel, a splash of good quality tonic over ice.
